Payment: Invoice totals exceeding $5000 must be paid by direct deposit within 2 days of auction closing. Payment for invocies exceeding $5000 may also be made onsite via bank cheque. For invoices totalling less than $5000, your credit card will be debited within 2 days of auction closing. To assist in the processing of payments please have funds available. Original Retail Prices: In certain circumstances, an item for sale on the site may display the manufacturers Original Retail price (ORP). All ORPs are prices supplied by the manufacturer (or retailer) of the item at the time of the items original sale, and therefore such ORPs may not be current at the time of the online auction of the item. Graysonline takes no responsibility for the display of ORPs on any item it offers for sale at an online auction on its site, and hereby advises all bidders to satisfy themselves as to the value of the item being auctioned.

Any product discrepancies must be notified to graysonline within 5 days of collection of goods, no responsibility will be taken by graysonline past this point.

• Grays Online Staff are here for security purposes only. Please make sure you have people to help you load your items and right transport.

• Items must be inspected before removal from Grays as refunds or exchange are not given under any circumstances.

The pickup address is:

• Pick ups are not allowed outside of the dates/times listed below.

• Pick up can only be made once cleared funds are received. Purchasers cannot pick up until full invoice is paid. Goods can only be released with the correct information being supplied which includes Sale number, Lot number/s and Buyers name

• Any items remaining uncollected after the nominated collection times will be deemed abandoned

Assets can be collected on:

• To collect your purchases please attend the collection address during the times advised with a copy of your winner’s e-mail and photo ID. A copy of your invoice will be on site with Grays staff to assist in documenting the removal process.
• If you intend to send a third party to collect your goods on your behalf, you need to send them with:

(a) a copy of your winner’s e-mail(b) a photocopy of your photo ID (c) a signed note of authority permitting Grays staff to release your purchases to the third party.

• Once assets are removed the transaction between Grays and the bidder is deemed complete. There will be no recourse beyond this time, even in the event of third party collections. If you are unsure please refrain from bidding.

• Any items remaining uncollected after the nominated collection times will be deemed abandoned and may incur a

and/or removal fee.

Inspection of the assets is highly recommended. Bids on assets in this sale should be made based on your inspection and assessment of the goods.
