To ensure the safe and successful removal of assets from this site, Grays will be utilising a preferred contractor model for this sale.
PRE SELECTED PREFERRED CONTRACTORS
GraysOnline have preselected preferred contractors for the removal of “B” type assets on behalf and at the cost to the Buyers. All assets in this sale are classified as "B" type assets. The contractors have been selected based on their ability to undertake the work specified in an efficient, safe and cost effective manner. A competitive quote has been requested for all the assets in this sale to the requirements outlined in the Scope of Works (SOW). Quotes will be provided on request from interested parties.
EXTERNAL CONTRACTORS
The use of external contractors is an option for buyers in this sale. All contractors wishing to work on the Mitsubishi Site must comply to the site entry conditions and procedures developed for this sale. At a minimum, contractors must supply their Safety Management Plan, Proof of Utilisation of their safety systems, proof of Insurance cover and comply with the Scope of Works for this sale as attached above. If approved, the contractor and their representatives will be required to sit an onsite induction and submit a completed Scope Of Works, Job Safety Analysis and timing for approval prior to commencement of works. All contractors on the site will be charged a Project Management Fee as outlined in the Scope of Works. The preferred timing for removal of equipment is dependant on the nature of the individual purchases and will be considered in the final review of offers.
