Recently imported from Belgium by Fluid Wholesale is this Brass Belgium Pilsner, delivered in a 330mL PET bottle. Its hue is a clear, dark straw colour, with a small amount of foam sitting atop and leaving a significant lacing on the glass. This Pilsner has a highly floral nose, with sweet malt and lemon notes lingering in the background. On the palate, a smooth, creamy mouthfeel, with dominant malty characters rounded out with a subtle though well-balanced bitterness. Beer and Brewer Magazine

Tasting Note

Our Pilsner has a marvellous palate that is simultaneously soft and dry, effervescent and intensely hoppy yet delivers a gentle aftertaste. Based on the traditional Czech pils styles its enjoyment is heightened by the combination with foods such as fish, BBQs, Asian, Indian and spicy meals or just on its own at the bar. Best served icy cold 5 °C - 9 °C.
