This 2008 McLaren Vale Shiraz is a blend of 3 individual wines (3 separate vineyards and 3 separate winemakers). The final blend was assembled by Chris Hill and given additional 6 months maturation before bottling in November 2010. It’s now ready to be enjoyed with your favourite food or friends.
