This sun-loving lizard is the reptile emblem of Australia. These lizards are completely harmless, but they look quite fearsome when threatened! They open the ruff of skin around their necks to create a frill, after which they were named, and open their mouths as wide as possible. This is a great way to start enjoying this fine Australian wine!
