Aroma
The elegant perfumed nose has hints of ginger, orange blossoms and dried apricots.
Palate
Our Very Viognier 2010 grapes hail from a single Adelaide Hills site and are fermented to dryness. Left on yeast lees for six months, the wine displays sharp and crisp citrus flavours with hints of apricots and peaches.
