Online Auction Closing

Typically, auctions are over at their posted times.

There are some exceptions to this, however, if there are any successful bids on a particular lot within 10 minutes of the close of the online auction (the "Going, Going, Gone! Period) it will be extended until there are no successful bids with the "Refresh Period"

There is no limit to the number of times an online auction can be extended.

This makes Graysonline work more like a live auction where the bidding doesn't stop as long as there is still interest in the product, rather than assigning an arbitrary cut-off time.

This means it is a good idea to watch the action as the auction nears closing time and to check back often.

In accordance with current NSW Occupational Health & Safety regulations, Plant Hazard Reports will be provided upon request for all items meeting the definition of plant.

Products listed as 'New' are unused and still in their original packaging, complete with manuals and accessories, although they may not necessarily be the latest model. It is important that you read the Lot Description for possible additional information on the Condition of the product including any applicable warranty details. You should take the Condition and the Lot Description into account when you place your bid as we do not offer refunds if you change your mind about your purchase.

**BUYERS NOTE** Items included in this sale do not include operating systems unless otherwise stated in lot description, please read product descriptions carefully. Any product discrepancies must be notified to graysonline within 5 days of receipt of delivery, no responsibility will be taken by graysonline past this point

Invoices for this sale will be processed within 2 hours of sale close.

Due to logistical constraints Grays reserve the right to cancel any invoices not able to be finalised within this timeframe.

To avoid the cancellation of your purchase, please make sure your credit details are correct.

This Sale attracts a 15.00% Buyers Premium. For example, if the successful bid price is $100 + 15.00% Buyers Premium (being $15.00) the Invoice will total $115.00 .

Payment

Invoice totals exceeding $5000 must be paid by direct deposit.

Your credit card will be debited on the day of the auction closing. To assist in the processing of payments please have funds available. Invoice totals exceeding $5000 will not be split and must be paid in full by direct deposit. Direct Deposit needs to be made within 2 working days of sale closure. Successful bidders will be contacted via email with our bank account details.

All items in this sale are ex-lease product. The items in this sale have been on lease to corporations, institutions, educational groups, small businesses etc for various periods of time, and may have been used possibly on a daily basis.Some items may have visible physical damage such as scratches to the casing, and / or minor cosmetic defects and /or missing parts. This is clearly noted in the lot description. We advise bidders to consider these comments when bidding.

BUYERS PLEASE NOTE:

To collect your purchases please attend the collection address during the times advised with a copy of your winners e-mail and photo ID.

A copy of your invoice will be on site with GraysOnline staff to assist in documenting the removal process.

PLEASE NOTE: The above dates are NOT negotiable.

If you are the successful bidder of any lots and do NOT collect on the above dates, we will cancel your invoice and you will be charged a cancellation fee.

If you intend to send a third party to collect your goods on your behalf, you need to send them with a copy of your winners e-mail along with a photocopy of your photo ID and signed note of authority permitting Grays staff to release your purchases to the third party.

Packaging and collection of assets is the responsibility of the purchaser. Delivery is not available. If you are unsure, do not bid as no refunds will be given.

Pick up can only be made once cleared funds are received. Purchasers cannot pick up until full invoice is paid. Goods can only be released with the correct information being supplied which includes Sale number, Lot number/s and Buyers Name.

Any items not collected after the nominated collection times will be deemed abandoned and/or may incur a daily storage fee of $50 per day and/or removal fee.

GraysOnline staff are here for security purposes only. Please make sure you have people to help you load your items and right transport.

Items must be inspected before removal from GraysOnline as refunds or exchange are not given under any circumstances
