Grays Online guarantee that all vehicles/boats/motorbikes in this sale are sold with clear title. REVS checks are not necessary, and bidders may find if they do perform a REVS check in many cases the cars do have an encumbrance, which will be lifted as soon as the vehicle is sold at auction.

Please take care when making a bid as once your bid is placed, it cannot be withdrawn and will not be cancelled

This Sale is G.S.T Inclusive

Sale has 6.5% Buyers Premium.

Example: Successful bid price - $100 + 6.5% b.p (being $6.50) = $106.50

Lots have pictures assigned to them. These should be taken as a guide only.

Payment

Invoice totals exceeding $5000 will not be split and must be paid in full by direct deposit. Direct Deposit needs to be made within 2 working days of sale closure. Successful bidders will be contacted via email with our bank account details.

Product Warranty

Where applicable, and subject to manufacturers terms and conditions, the balance of new car warranty will apply to these vehicles. No other warranties apply.

There is no limit to the number of times an online auction can be extended. This makes graysonline work more like a live auction where the bidding does not stop as long as there is still interest in the product, rather than assigning an arbitrary cut-off time. To ensure that you do not get outbid make sure you monitor the auction until you have won the item or enter a bid that you think will win!

Inspection: Inspection is available Saturday 2nd of June 2012 between 9am and 2pm only at 29-33 Carter Street, Lidcombe NSW NOTE: Marine items in the sale can not be started as facilities are not available to run them without the risk of damaging the engine. Please note that the marine items have not been tested and are sold as is.

While we have endeavoured to provide correct asset details, inspection of the items is highly recommended. Please note descriptions and photos should be taken as a guide only, items are sold as is.

Pick ups are not allowed outside of the dates/times listed below.

Pick up can only be made once cleared funds are received. Purchasers cannot pick up until full invoice is paid. Goods will only be released with correct buyer details being provided (Full Buyer name, Sale and Lot number and ID).

Any items remaining uncollected after the nominated collection times will be deemed abandoned and/or may incur a daily storage fee of $50 per day and/or removal fee.

Third Party Pick Up

If you intend to send a Third Party to collect your Goods on your behalf The information needed is:

• Sale and Lot Numbers e.g. 002-60325
• Signed note/letter of authority permitting GraysOnline Staff to release your purchases to the third party
• Copy of your paid invoice
• Copy of your drivers license
• Transport details: Company Name, Contact Person and Job Number provided by the transport company.
