Typically, auctions are over at their posted times. There are some exceptions to this, however, if there are any successful bids on a particular lot within 10 minutes of the close of the online auction (the "Going, Going, Gone Period), it will be extended until there are no successful bids with the "Refresh Period""Refresh Period". "Refresh Period".

There is no limit to the number of times an online auction can be extended. This makes Graysonline work more like a live auction where he bidding doesn't stop as long as there is still interest in the product, rather than assigning an arbitrary cut-off time.

This means it is a good idea to watch the action as the auction nears closing time and to check back often.

Invoices for this sale will be processed within 2 hours of sale close.

Due to logistical constraints Grays reserve the right to cancel any invoices not able to be finalised within this timeframe.

To avoid the cancellation of your purchase, please make sure your credit details are correct.

This Sale attracts a 15.00% Buyers Premium. For example, if the successful bid price is $100 + 15.00% Buyers Premium (being $15.00) the Invoice will total $115.00 .

Payment

Invoice totals exceeding $5000 must be paid by direct deposit.

• Your credit card will be debited on the day of the auction closing. To assist in the processing of payments please have funds available. Invoice totals exceeding $5000 will not be split and must be paid in full by direct deposit. Direct Deposit needs to be made within 2 working days of sale closure. Successful bidders will be contacted via email with our bank account details.
