Grape Varietals
The 1994 vintage produced excellent parcels of Coonawarra varietal wines which have been blended to produce this intense Pyrus blend.
Colour
The 1994 Pyrus has a rich red plum colour.
Aroma
The bouquet has full cassis and coffee-chocolate characters with added complexity from maturation in French oak.
Palate

Cellaring Potential
Although currently very approachable, this wine has the complexity and structure to reward extended cellaring – as shown by its predecessors.
