Inspection Date: Monday the 13th of February between 10am and 2pm. Inspection outside date/time provided is not available.

Warehouse Safety Rules:

• Visitors cannot wear any open toe footwear. This includes thongs, sandals, etc.
• Visitors cannot enter the warehouse with bags. This includes handbags, bumbags, backpacks, etc
• Photography of product is prohibited.
• Persons under the age of 15 years will not be permitted onsite.
• It is a condition of entry to site that all visitors comply with any directions given by Grays (NSW) Pty Ltd staff or their representatives.

This is a pick up sale. Collection is the responsibility of the purchaser.

Pick up can be made on Wednesday, Thursday or Friday between 8.30am & 3.30pm (excluding public holidays).

Items must be picked up on the days specified within 5 workings days from sale close date.

Pick up is available once cleared funds are received.

To collect your purchases please bring a copy of your winner’s e-mail and photo ID. If you intend to send a third party to collect your goods on your behalf, you need to send them with a copy of your winner’s e-mail along with a photocopy of your photo ID and signed note of authority permitting Grays staff to release your purchases to the third party.

Please note:

• GraysOnline accepts no responsibility for transit damage to these items once they have been picked up from the warehouse.
• Items must be inspected before removal from GraysOnline as refunds or exchange are not given under any circumstances.
