BUYERS PLEASE NOTE:

Invoices for this sale will be processed within 2 hours of sale close. Due to logistical constraints Grays reserve the right to cancel any invoices not able to be finalised within this timeframe. To avoid the cancellation of your purchase, please make sure your credit details are correct.

This Sale attracts a 15.00% Buyers Premium. For example, if the successful bid price is $100 + 15.00% Buyers Premium (being $15.00)  + $150 Service Fee Per Lot the Invoice will total $265 (inclusive of GST).

Payment

Invoice totals exceeding $5000 must be paid by direct deposit.

• Your credit card will be debited on the day of the auction closing. To assist in the processing of payments please have funds available. Invoice totals exceeding $5000 will not be split and must be paid in full by direct deposit. Direct Deposit needs to be made within 2 working days of sale closure. Successful bidders will be contacted via email with our bank account details.

• All items in this sale are ex-lease product. The items in this sale have been on lease to corporations, institutions, educational groups, small businesses etc for various periods of time, and may have been used possibly on a daily basis.

Some items may have visible physical damage such as scratches to the casing, and / or minor cosmetic defects and /or missing parts. This is clearly noted in the lot description. We advise bidders to consider these comments when bidding.

Occupational Health & Safety Act In accordance with current NSW Occupational Healthy & Safety regulations. Plant Hazard Reports will be provided upon request for all items meeting the definition of plant. These reports are available by emailing your request to: remarketing@grays.com.au

Typically, auctions are over at their posted times. There are some exceptions to this, however, if there are any successful bids on a particular lot within 10 minutes of the close of the online auction (the "Going, Going, Gone! Period), it will be extended until there are no successful bids within the "Refresh Period".

There is no limit to the number of times an online auction can be extended. This makes graysonline work more like a live auction where the bidding doesnt stop as long as there is still interest in the product, rather than assigning an arbitrary cut-off time. This means it is a good idea to watch the action as the auction nears closing time and to check back often

THE REMOVAL OF THE GOODS IS THE BUYERS RESPONSIBILITY **

Payment: All payments are to be finalised within 2 days of the sale closing 

Asset Collection:  Assets are to be collected within 5 days after payment has been made

Bookings "MUST" be made 24 Hours prior to collection by emailing the Pickup area

Abandoned Goods/Storage fee

Any items remaining uncollected after the 5 Days from payment will be deemed abandoned and/or may incur a daily storage fee of $50 per day and/or removal fee.  Pick up can only be made once cleared funds are received and appoint has been made with Graysonline.. Purchasers cannot pick up until full invoice is paid. Goods can only be released with the correct information being supplied which includes Sale number, Lot number/s and Buyers name.  To collect your purchases, please attend the collection address during the times advised with a copy of your winner's e-mail and photo ID. A copy of your invoice will be on site with Grays staff to assist in documenting the removal process. 

Priority Pick Up Booking & Packaging

For easy collection of bulk purchases by your designation carrier *, each lot of equipment will be,packed onto pallets suitable for international shipment.

Note: All your equipment will be either boxed, palletised and wrapped and ready for collection.

Goods will be packaged in such way to meet the standards of major carriers but please ensure you liaise with your carrier to ensure they don't have any specific guidelines you need to adhere to.
