This is our 4th vintage release of the Ingoldby Golden Vine Reserve Shiraz, which is rapidly establishing a reputation for outstanding quality.
An intense and highly focussed mix of blackberry and savoury fruits; 20 months in oak, yet without oak dominating; fine tannins; very long carry and finish. High quality cork.

Selected vineyard parcels were fermented on skins for 7 days then matured in French and American oak for 20 months. Only the best barrels were chosen to make the final blend.
The Ingoldby family has been associated with McLaren Vale for more than a 100 years. However, it was not until 1973 that Jim Ingoldby adorned the label of traditional McLaren Vale wines with the family name.
