Collection of assets is the responsibility of the purchaser. Delivery is not available. Asset packaging and removal are the purchaser responsibility in the time frame specified for this sale. Goods not collected within this time frame will be deemed abandoned.

This Sale is GST Exclusive.

This Sale has a 15% Buyers Premium ie Successful Bid Price is $100 + 15% Buyers Premium = $115.00 + 10% GST = Total Of $126.50.

Product Condition - Please refer to the individual lot description for product condition. Most lots have pictures assigned to them. These should be taken as a guide only.

Payment - Invoice totals exceeding $5000 must be paid by direct deposit within 2 days of auction closing. For invoices totaling in excess of $5,000 GraysOnline reserves the right to charge a deposit against the purchaser’s credit card to a maximum of $5,000 or 20% of the invoice total. Special Sale Terms

Occupational Health & Safety Asset Removal and Reuse

GraysOnline warn buyers that all plant offered for sale at Auction may not be fit for use in a workplace. It is the buyers/users responsibility to ensure that it is brought to a state necessary to comply with the Occupational Health & Safety Act and is fit for purpose. The cost and responsibility for all aspects of asset removal lies with the buyer. All work carried out by the buyer or his/her agent must be in accordance with relevant site and/or industry conditions as well as to the instructions of GraysOnline Auctions and our vendor.

A summary of these types of enforceable requirements is as follows.

  • Persons under the age of 15 years of age will not be permitted on site unless accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times
  • Tradespeople eg electricians, plumbers etc will be required to produce relevant licence before commencing work on site
  • Forklift, crane drivers, riggers etc will be required to produce licence before commencing work on site
  • It is a condition of entry to site that all visitors comply with any directions given by GraysOnline staff or representatives
  • Work carried out on this site must be done in a manner compliant with all Occupational Health & Safety legislation
  • All power tools and equipment used on this site must be tested (tagged) safe for use in accordance with AS3760 service testing and inspection of electrical equipment
  • GraysOnline will specify, based on the hazards present on the site, the mandatory personal protective equipment required to be worn prior to approval being given for entry to the site, eg safety footwear, safety eyewear, hard hats etc
  • The use of certified equipment, harnesses, work platforms etc will be required for any work carried out above 1.8 metres

Asset Collection

** Delivery Is NOT An Option For This Sale. The Removal Of The Goods Is The Buyers Responsiblity **

The pickup address is 57 De Havilland Road, Mordialloc, Victoria.

  • Type "A" assets are low risk and are to be removed by the purchaser from Thursday 22nd July and Friday 23rd July 2010 between 8.30am and 4.00pm.
  • Type "B" assets are high risk and are to be collected Thursday 22nd and Friday 23rd July 2010 between 8.30am and 4.00pm.
Type "B" assets are high risk and the site activities must be in accordance with Graysonline contractor procedures and are to be collected by appointment with a qualified contractor. JSAs and contractor requirements forms are to be submitted before work is started on site.
  • Alternatively GraysOnline have pre-qualified the following contractors to perform removal work on site.

Pick up can only be made once cleared funds are received. Purchasers cannot pick up until full invoice is paid.

Please advise Graysonline of your removal/collection arrangements, the following must be faxed or emailed to Sue susanp@grays.com.au or 03 8552 4400.An invoice will be available for collection when you pick up your goods.

Once assets are removed the transaction between GraysOnline and the bidder is deemed complete. There will be no recourse beyond this time, even in the event of third party collections. If you are unsure please refrain from bidding.

Important Information: Please note it is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure the safe removal of their lots. Provide suitably qualified personnel to remove their lots. Some lots may be electrically hard wired or services such as air, water, gas or oil may still be connected. Occupational Health and Safety regulations apply to this site. Any questions regarding the removal of any lots should be directed to the enquiries name or phone number indicated on sale web page.

Third Party Pick Up

If you intend to send a Third Party to Collect your Goods on your Behalf, you Need to Send them with a Copy of your Winner’s E-mail, a Photocopy of Driver/3rd Party Pick Up Photo ID and Signed Note of Authority Permitting GraysOnline Staff to Release your Purchases to the Third Party. Alternatively, Email - customerservice@grays.com.au or fax all relevant documents to 03 9581 2100 with the required information to ensure a speedy and efficient collection. The information needed is:

  • Sale and Lot Numbers e.g. 002-60325
  • Buyer’s Registered Name and/or Email
  • Transport details: Company Name, Contact Person and Job Number provided by the transport company.
