Delivery Terms and Conditions:
All freight prices quoted for this sale include packaging and handling.
All art is professionally packaged to ensure customers receive their art in good order.
Sydney Metropolitan Area Deliveries
Artwork will be encased in bubble-wrap or rolled into cylinders for delivery within the Sydney Metropolitan Area.
Deliveries within the Sydney metropolitan Area will be conducted by a Grays Online driver.
NSW Regional and Interstate Deliveries
Some items may be rolled into cylinders suitable for long distance transport, however the majority of artwork will be encased in bubble-wrap and will have additional packaging to provide increased protection against long distance transport.
Deliveries will be conducted by a Grays Online 3rd Party service provider.
All freight prices are charged from the originating warehouse to your delivery postcode and involve one delivery attempt by our preferred carrier.
A re-delivery charge will be payable by the purchaser if the carrier is unable to deliver on the first attempt. By bidding in this auction you authorize Grays Online to debit your nominated account if a redelivery is required.
No customer pickups are allowed from the warehouse unless specified in the sale overview or Freight calculator due to Occupational Health and safety reasons.
Australia Wide Deliveries
All freight prices are charged from the originating warehouse to your delivery postcode and involve one delivery attempt by our nominated courier. If no one is available to meet the courier, Australia Post will leave a card with the address of the Post Office designated for collection. Deliveries need to be collected within five business days. After this, a second reminder card will be delivered to your address. If the goods are not collected in the next five business days, the item will be returned to GraysOnline.
If your item is delivered by Messenger Post and no one is available to meet the courier, a card with Messenger Post contact details will be left for you to make arrangements, for the second delivery attempt.
If the above attempts by Australia Post/ Messenger Post fail and item is returned to GraysOnline, a fee will be charged if re-delivery is required.
It is important that you check the freight charge for your item prior to placing a bid or a sale order by using the Shipping Calculator.
No customer pickups are allowed from the warehouse, unless specified in this Sale Overview as a Pick Up sale.
Delivery times can be anywhere between 2 and 10 working days from payment date, depending on your location. Most items are shipped the next day.
We ask you to allow up to 10 working days from the date of payment for the delivery of your goods. You will be sent an email notifying you when your item has left our warehouse.
This email will include the name of the carrier company and the consignment note number of your item, together with online tracking information. Please follow the link to the relevant website, enter your reference number for fast and efficient tracking on the delivery status of your item.
It is important to update your address prior to bidding.
Your goods will be delivered to your registered address. Australia Post parcel delivery standards will apply for regional and country areas, as well as commercial buildings.
Once an auction is closed or an order placed on Buy Now, our fully automated despatch process is activated to ensure fast and efficient delivery of your item. Please therefore accept our apology to decline any request for redirection.
