A very robust & tannicly dry cider with some pungent characters. It is made in a traditional way with secondary fermentation occuring in the bottle. The cider is produced using very specific cider apple varieties, which are governed by law in order to label this as being not only from Brittany, but more specifically, from French Cornwall (Cornouaille).
