Asset Collection of "A" Type Assets
** DELIVERY IS NOT AN OPTION FOR THIS SALE. THE REMOVAL OF GOODS IS THE BUYERS RESPONSIBILITY **
The pick up address for “A” type assets is 320 Churchill Road, Kilburn, South Australia. Pick ups are not allowed outside the dates/ times listed below.
Pick up can only be made once cleared funds are received. Purchasers cannot pick up until full invoice is paid. Goods can only be released with the correct information being supplied which includes Sale number, Lot number/s and Buyers name.
Any items remaining uncollected after the nominated collection times will be deemed abandoned.
Assets must be collected on Monday 17 and Tuesday 18 December between 9am and 3pm.
Buyers are reminded of their responsibilities to ensure that vehicles used for assets collection are roadworthy and compliant with the vehicle mass, dimensions and load restraint requirements of the Road Traffic Act (1961). To collect your purchases please attend the collection addresses during the times advised with a copy of your winner’s e-mail and photo ID. A copy of your invoice will be on site with GraysOnline staff to assist in documenting the removal process. If you intend to send a third party to collect goods on your behalf, you need to send them a copy of your winner’s e-mail along with a photocopy of Driver/ 3rd party pick up photo ID and signed note of authority permitting GraysOnline staff to release your purchases to the third party.
Special entry conditions apply for this site. All interested parties will need to “sign in” at the Security Gate and be appropriately attired with enclosed, flat soled shoes i.e. no heels, open toe, thongs etc. Persons under the age of 15 years of age will not be permitted on site.
Once assets are removed the transaction between GraysOnline and the bidder is deemed complete. There will be no recourse beyond this time, even in the event of third party collections. If you are unsure please refrain from bidding.
Important Information: Please note it is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure the safe removal of their lots. Provide suitably qualified personnel to removal their lots. Some lots may be electrically hard wired or attached to services such as air, water, gas or oil may still be connected. Occupational Health and Safety regulations apply to this site. Any questions regarding the removal of any lots should be directed to the enquiries name or phone number indicated on the sale web page.
Asset Collection of "B" Type Assets
To ensure that safe and successful removal of assets from this site, GraysOnline will be utilising a preferred contractor model for this sale.
PRE SELECTED PREFERRED CONTRACTORS
GraysOnline have preselected preferred contractor for the removal of “B” type assets on behalf and at the cost to the Buyers. The contractor has been selected based on their ability to undertake the work specified in an efficient, safe and cost effective manner. A competitive quote has been provided for all “B” type assets in this sale to the requirements of the Scope of Works (SOW). Removal prices will be listed in the catalogue. If listed these prices will be automatically included on the buyers invoice and payment will be deducted. At a minimum, contractors will label for identification, dismantle and have your assets ready for a “straight lift” by a forklift or light crane onto your preferred transport company’s vehicle.
If you are considering the use of an external contractor please read the SOW carefully. Contractors must comply with the SOW which will be available here shortly.
It will be the buyer’s responsibility to engage a suitable transport company to collect the assets when available.
The removal of “B” type assets for this sale must be collected on Monday 17 and Tuesday 18 December, 2012. Please refer the scope of works for specific removal information. If you have special requirements please contact GraysOnline at email@example.com
Once the asset has been paid in full, the transaction between Graysonline and the Buyer is deemed complete. There will be no recourse with Graysonline beyond this time.
The Buyer on payment of the invoice will be deemed to have engaged the removal contractor to accept and load their asset/s.Therefore we encourage the Buyer to participate in all stages of the project including inspection, loading of the asset and discussions with the contractor about their specific requirements. We also recommend the buyer review insurances over their purchased asset/s.
