That’s because this car seat can be used for an extended period in rearward-facing position to protect your child from newborn to approximately 12 months. Travelling rearward-facing for your child, is the safest way so the Hera offers 12 months of safety. When their shoulders reach the lower height marker, you can easily change it from rearward-facing to a forward-facing position so they can see more of the world around them. Forward-facing, the Maxi-Cosi Hera offers optimal comfort, even on the longest journeys.
Suitable from Newborn to approx. 12 months in rearward-facing or until infant’s shoulders meet the lower height marker. Then to be used in forward-facing position tp approx 4 years or until the child’s shoulders reach the upper height marker.
