Colour

Pale to Mid Straw yellow

Aroma

Fresh and intense melon and ripe white peach, surrounded by subtle citrus and tropical notes. Some vanillin & nutty French oak linger on the finish.

Palate

Flavours of ripe peach and citrus are supported by subtle undertones of rockmelon. The palate shows the French oak providing support, balance and length to this complex palate. Small hints of the creamy Malo-Lactic fermentation are found with some good mouth feel, weight and crisp acidity being shown providing great length.
