We will send you an email notifying you as soon as your items have left our warehouse. In this email, you will find the name of the courier company and the consignment note number of your item as well as information on tracking the delivery of your item online.

Please Note: Your goods will be delivered to your registered address. We do deliver Australia wide except for a few remote territories, please check the shipping calculator to confirm delivery availability and timeframes.

Change of Mind Policy

Jewellery Change of Mind Policy - Our Promise

When you purchase a Jewellery item listed on our website with our Change of Mind/ Grays Promise Policy and you find that it’s not what you wanted you can return it us.

You have 7 days from receipt of your order to let us know you want to return your product. Contact us via the HELP section on our website or email customerservice@grays.com.au and we will provide you with all the information you need on how to return the product back to us.

Please note the following:

For hygiene reasons we cannot accept the return of any item used for piercing such as earrings

Where items are being returned due to change of mind, postage and insurance if necessary will be at your cost

After contacting us, you will have 14 days to return the product

Returned products must be received by us in original, unworn condition and in original packaging. Items will be inspected once returned to validate the condition. If we find that goods are not in such condition when returned, we will be unable to process a refund

If you purchase an item with free delivery, we reserve the right to deduct the cost of delivery and shipping from the refunded amount.

Risk and Title in the goods remains with you until the item is received at our warehouse.

WARRANTY AGAINST DEFECT

This jewellery piece comes with a 12 month warranty against defect and is managed by Grays (NSW) Pty Limited.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

This warranty is not intended to, nor does it limit any rights assigned to you by the Australian Consumer Law (in Australia) or the Consumer Guarantees Act (in New Zealand).

This warranty does not cover any failure or defect caused by improper use, modification, accidental damage, normal wear and tear, cleaning or maintenance performed outside of Gray’s control.

Should your jewellery require a warranty claim please contact the Gray’s Customer Support Team. You will need your invoice number, buyer details and a description of the product issue.
