Winery Tasting Notes

Fruit purity, pristine acidity and delicate mineral acidity are key and therefore a fast and clean vinification is vital. From small bunch harvesting to anaerobic handling and maturation in stainless steel and bottling in screwcap, maximum effort is undertaken to maintain natural fruit expression.

Aroma

A crisp and fruit driven expression of Albarino. The nose displays apple, citrus and tropical fruit aromas with underlying minerality.

Palate

The palate possesses striking purity with flavours of pears and stone fruit given length and elegance by clean acidity.

Since the very beginning, our aim at Pazo de señorans has been clear and simple: transform the fruit given to us by Mother Nature into a varietal wine of great character. The Albariño grape variety brings aroma, structure and acidity, which form the basis of our two brands, Pazo señorans and Pazo señorans Selección de Añada.

We work our vines with great care and monitor closely those from which we buy-in our grapes to be sure that when the grapes are picked they are perfectly ripe and healthy.
