You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Change of Mind

At Grays we stand by the products we offer, but also respect that sometimes customers change their minds.

With our Direct Import range, the customer may return an item for a full refund (minus delivery and shipping costs) if you change your mind. However, the following conditions do apply:

  • The item is in the same condition as when purchased
  • The item is returned with packaging, accessories, tags and labels undamaged
  • You notify us within 30 days from the date your order is received
  • You return the item within 14 days of notifying us
  • The item is returned at your cost.

With free delivery, we reserve the right to deduct the cost of delivery and shipping from the refunded amount.
