Aroma

This modern style of Clare Valley Shiraz flaunts intense red fruit aromas with hints of dark chocolate, mint, bay leaf and violets. Fine vanillin oak adds a depth of complexity.

Palate

On the palate, ripe raspberry fruit flavours are intertwined with dark choc minty tannins and subtle cedar notes. This medium bodied red displays juicy acid, great balance and a textured finish.
