Colour

Intense crimson with youthful purple hue.

Aroma

Lifted, elegant notes of blue fruits, blood and of course Dam- son plums with a dash of spice. All accented by bramble and dark chocolate.

Palate

Lush, mouthfilling sweet black cherry and prunes elegantly cover the palate with nuances of sweet spice. On the middle palate, generous mouth filling summer berry pie cover the palate with lots of sweet baking spice. The after palate begins with sweet fruit then tightens up with fine fruit and oak tannins. Great flavour and composition. The Christmas spice cuts through the plum pudding-like flavours.

The finish is silky with fine tannins and dark chocolaty notes tickle throughout the lengthy palate with a youthful and pretty finish.
