Expert Reviews

3-week fermentation, matured in French barriques for 14 months. Good hue, although not particularly deep; the deep fruit aromas and flavours are backed by typical cabernet tannins. James Halliday, Rating 93, 27th July 2015

Winery Tasting Notes

Aroma

Aromas of liquorice, cassis and cedar are complemented by black fruits and a lovely hint of Coonawarra mint and Cabernet leaf.
