Warranty & Condition
Due to a recall announced by Intel earlier this year, these HP notebooks have been re-worked with new Intel B3 stepping 6-Series Chipset Motherboards. These have been expertly installed by an Authorised HP Repair Centre on behalf of Grays Online.
A complete refurbishment was not required, as these items have not been used or sold to end user customers. However some units may have been used for display purposes prior to Grays Online receiving them.
12 Month Limited Product Warranty
- Your purchase is warranted by GraysOnline to be free from defects affecting product functionality (except where otherwise stated in the lot description) for a period of 12 calendar months from invoiced date of purchase.
- Should a defect occur within the warranty period, GraysOnline will manage the repair via an Authorised repair centre for the components covered under the terms and conditions of the warranty, free of charge to the buyer.
- In exceptional circumstances where the product for whatever reason cannot be repaired or cannot economically be repaired, GraysOnline, at its sole discretion may choose to resolve the issue by replacing the product with an identical or equivalent model or refunding the full purchase price of the product.
- For the avoidance of doubt, the warranty of this product is 12 months, irrespective of the duration of the manufacturer’s warranty when the product was new.
You will be required to contact Grays Customer Support Team quoting your Invoice Number, Buyer Details, Serial Number and product issue. You will be required to return the product to a Grays authorised repairer (as advised by the Grays Customer Support Team) at your expense.
The warranty does not cover misuse of product or software issues of any kind. Warranty is also void when the certificate of maintainability on the product is damaged or broken. All warranty claims are managed exclusively by Grays.
