Condition / Warranty
This product has been manufacturer refurbished and function to Panasonic’s exacting standards. Some individual items may show signs of wear, such as scratches and marks common with used items. In some instances accessories may vary from the standard (for example, software or manuals may be missing or different, no original packaging).
Panasonic Factory Refurbished products carry a 3 month warranty managed by GraysOnline, where repair is required under warranty, it will be carried out by the Panasonic Authorised repairer – AWA Limited.
Details of how service under warranty can be obtained are available from your GraysOnline invoice. You will be required to return the product to the authorised repairer (as advised by the Grays Customer Support Team) at your expense. The warranty does not cover misuse of product or software issues of any kind. All warranty claims are managed exclusively by Grays.
Should you need to contact the Grays Customer Support Team in relation to a warranty claim you will be required to provide Invoice Number, Buyer Details, Serial Number and product issue.
