Winery Tasting Notes

The 2016 Coonawarra Brut is a fresh, crisp and vibrant sparkling white wine made from the traditional blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier.

The wine has a beautiful and delicate nose of fresh pears and macadamia nuts, with hints of chamomile flowers and fresh biscuit dough.

A refreshing and crisp palate with notes of lemon zest and strawberry.
