Sony - Factory Refurbished Products
These items have typically been sold via a retailer and returned by the purchaser within 21 days of purchase.
The items are tested to perform to Sony manufacturers standards, where required the items are serviced or repaired by a Sony Authorised repairer to manufacturers standards.
The items are inspected and tested by specialists in Sony products, who receive regular training in new model releases.
Most items will include a standard set of accessories, in rare instances accessories may vary from standard in these instances the product description will reflect the change.
Item may show minor marks/scratches/dents or imperfections. Returns/refunds based on marks/scratches/dents or imperfections will not be accepted.
Sony Factory Refurbished products carry a 3 month warranty managed by GraysOnline, where repair is required under warranty, it will be carried out by a Sony Authorised repairer.
You will be required to contact Grays Customer Support Team quoting your Invoice Number, Buyer Details, Serial Number and product issue. You will be required to return the product to a Grays authorised repairer (as advised by the Grays Customer Support Team) at your expense. The warranty does not cover misuse of product or software issues of any kind. All warranty claims are managed exclusively by Grays.
