Fish oil and omega-3 fatty acids Fish oil is naturally high in omega-3 fatty acids, especially EPA and DHA. Omega-3s are important constituents of the cell membrane and help maintain the suppleness and elasticity of blood vessels. Dosage: Adults - take 2 capsules a day with a meal, or as professionally prescribed. Children under 12 years- take 1 capsule a day (pierce and squeeze into milk, juice or cereal), or as professionally prescribed.
