12 Month Limited Product Warranty

  • Your purchase is warranted by GraysOnline to be free from defects affecting product functionality (except where otherwise stated in the lot description) for a period of 12 calendar months from invoiced date of purchase.
  • Should a defect occur within the warranty period, GraysOnline will manage the repair via an Authorised repair centre for the components covered under the terms and conditions of the warranty, free of charge to the buyer.
  • In exceptional circumstances where the product for whatever reason cannot be repaired or cannot economically be repaired, GraysOnline, at its sole discretion may choose to resolve the issue by replacing the product with an identical or equivalent model or refunding the full purchase price of the product.
  • For the avoidance of doubt, the warranty of this product is 12 months, irrespective of the duration of the manufacturer’s warranty when the product was new.

The purchaser will be required to return the product to an authorised GraysOnline repair centre at their expense. Warranty does not cover misuse of product or Software issues of any kind. All warranty claims are managed exclusively by GraysOnline.
