Vibrant, deep magenta/crimson colour.

Aroma

Dark fruit/blackberry aromas combine with earthy eucalypt mint tones and a hint of violets.

Palate

Well-structured opulent, rich blueberry and blackcurrant characters on the palate, balanced French oak flavours well integrated with juicy, tight tannins that ensure excellent length of flavour and elegance.

Cellaring potential

This compelling Cabernet Sauvignon will improve further over the next 10 to 12 years.

Winery Profile

Brothers in Arms has a history of family grape growing spanning five generations, with Guy Adams' family purchasing the "Metala" property 125 years ago and planting the first vines - Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon, in 1891.

Langhorne Creek in South Australia lies on the shores of Lake Alexandrina just a few miles from the Southern Ocean and is without question red wine country.

Guy and his wife Liz head up a dedicated team that are proud to produce wines of balance, structure and texture that are true to the Estate and true to the Langhorne Creek region.
