Colour

Deep plum with purple hues.

Aroma

This wine exhibits aromas of ripe blueberry, dark cherry and blackcurrant fruit combined with chocolate and spice. There are also hints of black pepper and dried herbs layered with soft vanillin oak.

Palate

A full bodied juicy palate is defined by dark berries, hints of black olive and aniseed. The wine finishes long and persistent with soft, subtle tannins, warm spice and toasty oak.

Immediate enjoyment or short term cellaring.
