The colour is deep crimson red that impeach a spicy, berry and currant aroma. The palate shows velvety tannins supported by sweet chocolate and fruit cake undertones. Some say “it’s a typical and classic Australian Shiraz, one not seen in many markets today”.
The wine has had its chance to mature in French oak for 18 months and its integration show through in the wine.
