Colour

Pale straw with youthful green hues.

Aroma

The aroma is fresh and vibrant displaying citrus, light nectarine and some melon with subtle toasted oak.

Palate

The palate shows fresh clean fruits with a creaminess courtesy of the small proportion of French oak fermented Chardonnay in the blend. Overall the wine has plenty of diverse flavour with well balanced acidity, smooth mouthfeel and oak complexity which will complement many food styles.
