The Mistral 8-in-1 Ultimate Kitchen Machine can chop, mince, cook, boil, beat, knead, blend, stew, stir, steam, grate, sauté, mix, melt, mill, whip, crush ice and grind nuts!

Beating - Mixing Tool:

• 4-8 eggs - Speed 3 for approx. 4 mins at room temperature

Boiling - Cooking Basket:

• 500mL water - Speed 1 for 5 mins at 100°C
• 750g cubed potatoes in 1.5L water - Speed 1 for 15-20 mins at 100°C

Butter softening - Stirring Blade:

• Cubed butter - Speed 3 for 40 secs at 50°C

Cakes - Stirring Blade:

• 600g max. total ingredients - Speed 5 for 30 secs

Chopping, grinding and grating - Chopping Blade:

• Bread crumbs - Speed 6 for 10 secs
• Carrot, celery - Speed 5 for 5 secs
• 200g max. cheddar cheese - Speed 6 for 5-10 secs
• Grains or spices - Speed 9 for 15-90 secs (as required for fineness desired)
• Grinding nuts - Speed 8 for 10-15 secs
• Onion, garlic, chilli - Speed 5 for 5 secs
• Sugar into icing sugar - Speed 8 for 20 secs (repeat until powdered)

Crushing - Chopping or Stirring Blade:

• Max. 400g small ice blocks/cubes - Speed 5 for 20 secs, then increased to Speed 7 or 9 as required
• Please Note: The chopping blade is for fine crushing and the stirring blade is designed for coarse crushing

Kneading - Stirring Blade:

• Dough with max. 600g flour - Speed 6 for 10 secs, then Speed 1 for 1-2 mins

Mincing - Chopping Blade:

• 250g chicken in 4-5cm chunks - Speed 5 for 6 secs
• 250g red meats in 4-5cm chunks - Speed 6 for approx. 6 secs
• Please Note: The Pulse function makes a more coarse mince

Rice - Cooking Basket:

• 400g rice in 1L water - Speed 3 for 25 mins at 100°C

Sautéing - Stirring Blade:

• Onion/meats - Speed 1 for approx. 2 mins at 100°C

Steaming - Steam Attachment:

• Vegetables with 600mL water - Speed 2 at 100°C until cooked as required
• Fish/chicken with 600mL water - Speed 3 at 100°C until cooked as required

Whipping - Mixing Tool:

• 600mL thickened cream - Speed 10 for 10 secs, scrape down then Speed 6 for 6 secs
