Colour

Sheer blonde with green tints.

Aroma

Pretty and delicate aromatics: white blossom, green apple, hints of lychee sweetness.

Palate

Fresh and vibrant with noticeable Nash pear and white peach flavours. Steely acidity followed by a focused, almost mineral, finish.
