H.Blin & Co. Champagne is a lively and effervescent French Champagne. H.Blin’s vineyards are situated in and around the quaint village of Vincelles in the Marne Valley. Here Pinot Meunier reigns supreme, gifting a unique and surprising palate with its subtle freshness and fruitiness. Blended with Pinot Noir for structure and Chardonnay for a certain finesse, H.Blin is both a well-articulated and well-presented champagne.

La Maison H.Blin is devoted to quality and thus takes particular care over the winemaking process, applying modern methods while stoically maintaining time-honoured traditions.

Appearance

Lively golden yellow. An abundance of light, fine and persistent bubbles.

Nose

Scents of dried flowers and fragrances of honey essence married with notes of white fruit (apple, pear) and yellow ripe fruits.

Palate

Grows rounder as it develops, notes of exotic and white fruit (passion fruit, pear), scents of lemon and lightly roasted almonds.
