Metaxa 7 Star is a double distilled brandy created by Greek Spyros Metaxas in 1888.

Exported to over 60 countries and distinguished as the most famous Greek spirit worldwide, the stars represent the number of years the blend is matured, and hence the 7 Star offers a flavoursome and complex brandy experience.

A blend of brandy and wine made from sun-dried Savatiano, Sultana and Black Corinth grape varieties, Metaxa 7 Star is then blended with an aged Muscat wine from the Greek islands of Samos and Lemnos and aged in French oak casks.

The result is a mouth-watering, mellow brandy spirit, full of lush richness and complexity. A spirit of true distinction, Metaxa 7 Star is a golden and full-bodied, sweet tasting brandy that is traditionally served neat, on the rocks, or mixed with sours.
