It shows an intense cherry red colour.

Aroma

The nose excels fine aromas of ripe fruit with spicy notes, cocoa and balsamic touches.

Palate

The mouth stands out for its roundness, expressiveness and balance. It has a very long and persistent aftertaste.

Food Matching

It is a perfect accompaniment to game dishes, roasts and red meats, not forgetting the cheeses and sausages. Serving temperature: 16/18 ° C.
