The six 100-watt discrete amplifiers (RMS into 8 ohms) in the SR6300 A/V receiver provide an impressive home cinema experience. DTS-ES, Dolby Digital and Dolby ProLogic II processing ensure compatibiltiy with established DVD video and audio standards. The receiver has in addition pre-set surround modes to re-create the sound and mood of movies, concert halls and stadiums. It has 6.1 channel audio pre-outs and S-Video and composite video outputs. An FM/AM tuner with 30 random presets, learnable system remote and on-screen user interface all simplify the A/V experience.
