Malleys Induction Cookware use a thick durable induction compatible stainless steel disk in base for long-lasting durability & even heat distribution. The thicker the bottom of the cookware, the better cooking results you will obtain. Remember, induction cooking technology principals are based on magnetism. If the bottom of the cookware is substantial enough to have a strong magnetic bond with the cooktop elements, heat will be better-distributed; therefore allowing you to achieve better cooking results.

What is Induction Cooking?
The induction cooker is mainly based on the electromagnetic induction. Electricity current generates a variable magnetic field after running through the wire coil.
The current is generated at the bottom when the magnetic field induces the iron pot on the cooker. A large amount of thermal energy is produced quickly thus warming up the food.
