Winery Tasting Notes

Monowai `Winemaker’s Selection` Pinot Noir Rose 2015: This wine exhibits aromas and flavours reminiscent of fresh cherries, cranberries and strawberries. This silky smooth, medium bodied wine has a rich palate with a lingering finish

Starfish Rose 2016: The bouquet has lifted fresh strawberry and cherry fruit with a hint of spice. A well balanced wine with a fresh berry fruit palate and a fresh crisp finish

Domaine Houchart Cotes-de-Provence Rosé 2015: A crisp dry style Provence rosé just arrived. Pale pink in colour, nice and dry with plenty of red fruits flavours and crisp acidity on the palate.

Yellowglen Pink Moscato NV: Luscious flavours of berries and musk, Yellowglen NV Pink Moscato features a lovely perfume and a long and refreshing finish. This alluring and moreish pink moscato is best shared with friends in the sunshine.

Penley Estate Sparkling Pinot Noir Chardonnay NV: Rich in flavour with both finesse and elegance. We aim to bring out the best in our fruit by using techniques to let both the Chardonnay and Pinot Noir shine through. This wine has fresh citrus flavours with a soft creamy texture. A touch of oak has given this wine great structure and complexity.

Rosemount `Diamond Label` Chardonnay Pinot Noir NV: An elegant blend of Chardonnay & Pinot Noir with a vibrant, fresh and lively bite.
