Bainton `Ecoridge` Shiraz 2011 The Eco Ridge range of wines are produced from the fruit of some of the oldest vines in the Hunter Valley. They are handcrafted at the winery to produce wines which express both the characteristics of the grape variety and the terrior of the Broke Fordwich region.This wine is a classic example okf a Hunter Shiraz. Picked from the 71 year old vines, the wine was matured in French oak for 12 months. Drink now while young and lively or cellar to reap the benefits of age.

Hope Estate `Yellow Rock` Shiraz 2010 This Shiraz shows inky consistency, thick in spice and plum flavours that are well balanced with integrated oak treatment. The palate imparts a rich mocha intensity with a long finish. The wine is delightful drinking now or will reward up to 5 years cellaring.

Wollemi Shiraz 2010 This Shiraz imports a rich mocha intensity with long plum and pepper flavours filling the mouth.

Bushland `Reserve` Shiraz 2010 Spicy, peppery aromas. Rich mocha and plum flavours. Bushland Reserve Shiraz can be enjoyed now or kept for up to 5 years.

Starfish Shiraz 2014 This Shiraz blend has a delicious aroma of berries and spices, interwoven with savoury oak. A well balanced wine medium bodied enhanced by soft tannin. An excellent accompaniment to lamb, pasta and Osso bucco.

Ainsley Shiraz 2015 Lifted notes of plum, cherries and spice with hints of vanilla. Spicy fruit berries with a long vanilla finish. Can be cellared for up to 10 years, though is ready for immediate enjoyment.
