Adelaide Winemakers `Landcross` Cabernet 2014: A rich nose opening with mint and spice, leading into dark fruit balanced with a complexing layer of oak. Medium bodied with firm but rounded tannins, chocolatey mid-palte and lingering oak closing off the end.

Range Valley Estate Cabernet Sauvignon 2013: The bouquet exhibits rich ripe blackberry and cassis characters balanced with a hint of mintiness and light vanilla from partial maturation in French oak, and oak staves.The palate is medium bodied with sweet blackberry fruit and soft mint characters interwoven with vanilla oak and finishing smoothly with soft rounded mellow tannins and acidity. The wine shows a solid structure and rich fruit, which while drinking well now will continue to improve over the next 3 - 5 years.

Thomson Estate `Private Selection` Shiraz 2014: Ripe strawberry and blackberry fruits are harmoniously supported by cedar spice and vanillin oak characters. This Private Selection Shiraz is medium to full-bodied and richly flavoured with berry fruits.

Hardys `Bin 53` Shiraz 2015:Intense aromas of ripe raspberries and cherries with overtones of vanilla and spice. Palate displays raspberries and blackberries with well integrated vanilla oak influence. This wine has soft tannins and a good length.

Vinelane Estate `Boxing Kangaroo` Merlot 2015: The bouquet displays rich ripe spicy and plummy characters balanced with a light vanilla from partial maturation American oak. The palate is medium bodied with sweet fruit and spice interwoven with vanilla oak and firm tannin finish. The wine shows a solid structure.

Nikau Point Reserve Merlot Cabernet 2013: Mid red in colour. The aroma shows vanilla and blueberry aromas along with some fragrant sage and thyme characters. The palate is medium bodied, with a soft structure and acidity. Well balanced with a silky length and clean finish. Merlot 73%, Cabernet Sauvignon 27%
