Sauvignon Blanc 2015: An aromatic style with tropical fruit and light herbal note with a green apple edge. Medium palate weight with bright green fruits and a citric, lime juice nuance. Subtle texture on the palate adds a deliciousness.

Chardonnay 2015: The bouquet displays fresh peach fruit aromas combined with a hint of spice. The taste is rich and elegant showing attractive peach and melon like flavours balanced with a fresh finish.

Pinot Gris 2011: The aroma is both tropical and perfumed. It shows lychee and mango fruit combined with a lifted nutty, floral bouquet.On the palate the fruit dominates soft acidity and tannins. It is an involved taste that makes you want to sit back on a beach chair and watch the sun set over the pacific.

Semillon Sauvignon Blanc 2011: This wine shows intense flavours of lemon curd dried herbs and subtle spice with underlying guava and passionfruit notes. The palate is fine and elegant with zesty acidity carrying the concentrated flavours to a long and flavoursome finish.
