Brazen Wine Sauvignon Blanc 2015:One of Australia's most exciting winemaking talents - formally of Two Hands Matt Wenk - has made Brazen just for us! The aromas here are intense...full of florals, lemons, straw, snow peas and mineral notes. After a soft entry, the palate builds with lemon curd and straw flavours, mouth watering acidity and mineral notes, all coming together and finishing crisp and light.

Barwick Estates `White Label` Sauvignon Semillon 2014:This wine displays lime and passionfruit aromas, persistent lime acidity on the core, balanced by complex barrel ferment note. Coferment of indigenous and cultured yeasts, with 15% barrel ferment.

Adelaide Winemakers `Landcross` Pinot Grigio 2015:A clean zesty wine, medium straw in colour with a green tint. Lifted and floral on the nose with crisp, natural acidity.

Penley Estate Chardonnay 2014:The aroma is emphasised by melon and fresh citrus fruits with a hint of biscuity and nutty complexes achieved by aging on yeast lees and the use of soft French oak.A finely layered palate with harmonious and sensuous flavours of melons and grapefruit. The subtle oak enhances the varietal flavours without overpowering them and leads to a silky soft finish.
