Angove `Brightlands` Chardonnay 2015: A crowd favourite modern Chardonnay, light, fruit filled and well balanced. Melon and bright tropical fruit with deft oak characters

Chinook Pinot Gris 2015: This medium dry style of Pinot Gris exudes aromas of candied fruits intermixed with pears and nuances of honey and florals. Subtle pear and honeysuckle flavours best describe the palate with a well- rounded mouth feel and lingering finish. A wine that will change and benefit from ageing, though still good while young.

Steven Brooks Verdelho 2015: The mouth fills with fruit salad flavours, pineapple and lime are dominant together with a generous creamy texture and refreshing feijoa flavours. The wine is truly delicious to drink, it presents smooth and soft with no jagged edges making the palate experience very enjoyable.

Monowai `White Label` Sauvignon Blanc 2015: Tropical fruit aromas with a hint of gooseberry. Flavours of white peach are underscored by notes of pineapple and lime. Aging sur lie adds a rich texture while the balanced acidity ensures length and freshness.
