An elegant, lifted nose of bramble and fleshy raspberry with subtle hints of violets, clove and cedar.

Palate

Food Matching

The consummate partner for this wine is slowly braised lamb or veal shanks (and take the extra time to prepare some gremolata as a finishing touch). If slow braising is not in your repertoire, drink it whilst gnawing the meat or a T-Bone steak.
