The Lifespan ROWER-625F provides one of the best rowing simulations for a great workout. The air resistance mechanism allows progressive tension - the faster and harder you row, the harder the resistance will be, which is similar to rowing on water.

The ROWER-625F is designed to suit most people as a medium-large rowing machine that can also be folded to save space. It features a heavy-duty belt drivetrain for a smooth and consistent rowing motion, pivoting large foot pedals as well as a smart console to display valuable workout feedback.
